3D lifting pins for precast
For the transport, lifting and assembly of concrete elements, the best option is to use the 3D bolt-anchor system. It is a simple system to use and the T-Bolts make it the most economical of all systems.
The T-Bolt is available in three variants. This anchor, which is left embedded in concrete together with a rubber cup, and attached to a TH2 lifting hook, can be used over a long period of time.
The T-Bolt is placed in the concrete element with the help of a rubber cup. After concreting and hardening, the backfill can be removed. The TH2 lifting hook fits perfectly into the remaining recess and the precast element can now be lifted. Welding of bolts is prohibited.
Recense-Terwa
“Recense-Terwa” offers different lifting hooks and a wide range of cups. The difference between the different types is due to the different types of anchors.
The anchors are forged from carbon steel bar; for the 45 t anchors, a carbon steel alloy is used. They are available in black finish (without surface treatment but with a light grease coating) or hot-dip galvanized. A small range is also available in stainless steel (A2). All anchors are designed to meet a minimum safety factor of c=3.
