Today we took part in the Industry, Employment and Innovation Forum held at CFPA Pedro Murias, a key space to reflect on the future of the industrial fabric and employment in our area.
Our General Manager, Luis López Fulgueira, took part by focusing on one of the sector’s major challenges: the need to drive the training of young talent in the area, backing models such as dual vocational training and strengthening collaboration between educational centres and companies, including direct training for teaching staff in real industrial environments.
In addition, global challenges that directly affect business competitiveness were addressed: labour shortages, rising raw material costs and increasing pressure from international markets. In this context, innovation and continuous improvement are becoming essential levers to keep moving forward.
At Recense, we remain committed to industrial development, quality employment and building a more competitive and sustainable ecosystem.
