The main objective of the company is the complete satisfaction of its direct and indirect customers through compliance with all the requirements established by both the customer and the regulations in force during the development of its business.

The Quality System implemented in the company included in this Quality Manual is a reflection of this spirit. It is implemented in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard, with its scope of application being the production of fastening components of galvanised and lacquered steel and stainless steel and plastic raw materials.

Our Management System is based on the following principles:

  • Understanding the current and future needs of stakeholders, satisfying their requirements, and making an effort to exceed their expectations so they continue to trust us as their main supplier in our sector.
  • Rapid and efficient attention for our customers, maintaining close collaboration with them, advising them technically and meeting all their specifications when supplying them with our products.
  • A commitment to ensuring our actions, products and services comply with the established legal requirements and the other requirements the organisation subscribes to.
  • Rapid and efficient management of any claims our customers make, providing an image of seriousness and concern about their problems.
Communication of commitments made with quality to all our employees and to any interested party that requires it.
Protecting the health and well-being of our staff, and providing them with a safe, healthy working environment and conditions in accordance with applicable laws.
  • Control over suppliers, based not only on a measure of the quality of the products they supply us, but also on the collection and consideration of data about the quality of service they provide us, to prevent out-of-stock problems and to be able to react to specific emergencies.
  • Promoting the training and awareness of our employees and those who work on our behalf, as well as communication with our suppliers so that they are participants in our policy.
  • Being respectful of the environment, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, preventing pollution, and minimising the environmental effects produced as a result of our business.
  • Planning our business to ensure continuous improvement of our service provision, the effectiveness of our Management System and relationships with our customers.

The necessary mechanisms have been established so that the described Policy is known, understood, and implemented throughout the organisation.
