SANDWICH PANEL ANCHORS

Prefabricated sandwich panels are façade cladding elements formed by two layers of concrete between which a continuous layer of thermal insulation is inserted. This system can be used to solve the envelope of buildings complying with the standards of the Technical Building Code and buildings with almost zero energy consumption. They are also commonly used on farms as they prevent the appearance of condensation that would cause health problems.

Our system is made up of a series of connectors that join the different layers that make up the panel, transmitting the weight and wind load from the outer concrete layer to the inner bearing layer. The small section and the low thermal conductivity of the stainless steel in which these connectors are manufactured prevents the formation of thermal bridges between the outer layer and the inner layer of concrete.
